Is your office closed during the day?

The physical location is currently closed due to the pandemic. All appointments are via telehealth. You may contact our staff via telephone, email or fax.

Are telemedicine visits covered by insurance?

Yes, in many cases your insurance plan will pay for your telemedicine visit.We also offer discounted self-pay options if needed. 

What are your COVID-19 Guidelines?

The physical location is currently closed due to the pandemic. All appointments are via telehealth.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

While we plan to accept all major insurance companies, it’s possible that we are out-of-network with your plan at the moment as we are still going through the participation process with many payers.  It’s best to contact our office to see how we can help.

What should I do to prepare for my first appointment?

All required forms will be emailed to you. The forms can be electronically filled out and signed. A few forms can be signed through our patient portal.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

If you have a deductible or co-pay, payment is due at time of service. Your insurance benefits to confirm the payment required. We accept cash, check, debit or credit card.

What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?

We request that you cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to allow someone else to take your slot.  In the event you do not cancel and fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged your copay amount for the missed appointment.

How long will my visit be?

As a rule, new patient appointments typically take around 1 hour with follow-up visits often taking less time depending on what you are being seen for.
